Now, as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Associate, Cassie channels her strategic insight and leadership development acumen into her private practice.

Cassie’s counseling career began in residential care, where she worked as both a primary and family therapist specializing in eating disorders. Over time, she expanded her expertise to include complex issues such as substance use, financial discord, and other pivotal life transitions. Her approach is dynamic yet compassionate, combining active, solution-focused engagement with a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve lasting change.

As a Certified Trauma Professional, Cassie possesses a unique talent for working with couples and high-achieving individuals, particularly those who present as overcontrolled or perfectionistic. She understands the pressures faced by high performers and is skilled at helping them break free from restrictive patterns that may be holding them back.

Fueling her passion for supporting individuals and couples on a deeper level, Cassie draws on her strong educational background, which includes a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Houston Graduate School of Theology. This blend of experience and education empowers her to make a profound impact in the lives of her clients.

Outside of her practice, Cassie is an active member of U.S. Master’s Swimming and enjoys a vibrant personal life with her spouse. She serves clients in Houston and The Woodlands, bringing a powerful combination of corporate savvy and therapeutic depth to every session.
