Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from Baylor University. Currently a Registered Play Therapy (RPT) and trained in EMDR®, Lauren is dedicated to expanding her expertise in child and adolescent therapy.

With a diverse background that includes experience as a toddler teacher, summer camp counselor, and substitute school counselor, Lauren has developed a deep understanding of child and adolescent development.
